As you all know Slug has given up Sofplayers.co.uk. There was a lot of wailing and gnashing of teeth at this terrible news. BUT an acquisition from a large conglomerate has saved the site from extinction. That LARGE group is none other than our own FIFTY BELLIES
Therefor I would like to say a big ” THANK YOU M8 “ for taking it on.
SLUG, a very special “ THANK YOU ” to you for giving your time over the last number of years and I know that there are many many people who owe you gratitude and respect for giving them a little corner where they can meet their mates and enjoy killing them

Well I have enjoyed every minute spent on SOFPLAYERS since it started in early 2003. I cant think of a more respected and trustworthy person than 50_BELLIES to take over the baton so I’m really pleased its all tied up to keep going with him at the helm. I hope he will ‘make it his’ by adding and changing it when he gets the hang of things. I am always willing to help and I know DooGie has offered to assist. Right where did I put my slippers and pipe

Hehe I couldn’t let all Slugs hard work go down the drain… I will no doubt need help from time to time and I am very happy that Slug and Doogie have offered to help out,other people have offered including Ivan and Mr Magpie and if need be I know they will help me……..
